Fruitland Heights Neighborhood

• Our neighborhood was founded in the early 1920s Florida Housing Boom. 

• About 135 homes, a few small businesses, an iconic church and historical cemetery on 12 square blocks.

• Two past mayors,  the first commercial airline passenger in history, St. Pete Pioneers, St. Pete's first doctor, and numerous war heroes from the Civil and World Wars are laid to rest in our churchyard. 

• Today it's a quiet neighborhood, with church bells in the air and  many beautiful trees and birds.
