Neighborhood Association

Dear Neighbor:

We would like to invite you to join our newly re-formed Neighborhood Association. Neighborhood Associations play a vital role in fostering a strong and connected community, and your participation would make a meaningful difference! The first step to joining is to sign up in the header bar of the website so we have your contact info.

We now have a board of directors and have reinstated the association with the Council of Neighborhood Associations (CONA) of St. Petersburg. Kenneth Mack - President, Treva Davis - Vice President, Alexis Cole - Treasurer

It would be great to have your input and participation from these early phases so we can create it together with maximum participation from the entire community - both owners and renters.  Anyone who lives in Fruitland Heights can join.

Fruitland Heights is from 16th Ave to 22nd Ave from 19th Street to 16th Streets. (We are partnering with the next door Casler Heights Neighborhood, and its members are welcome at our meetings as well)

What We Do:

  • Advocate for neighborhood improvements and safety.

  • Organize community events and activities.

  • Collaborate with local authorities on issues that matter to us.

  • Provide a platform for neighbors to voice their concerns and ideas.

Monthly Meetings Online: We would love for you to join us at our monthly online meetings. These meetings are a great opportunity to meet other members, learn more about our initiatives, and see how you can get involved. We are  looking for new ideas and fresh perspectives, and your input would be invaluable. Meetings are generally held the first Thursday of the month at 6pm.

Benefits of Joining:

  • Stay informed about neighborhood developments.

  • Have a say in community decisions.

  • Build lasting relationships with fellow neighbors.

  • Participate in fun and engaging activities.

We hope to see you at one of our meetings and look forward to welcoming you to the Neighborhood Association.
