About the event
Join us as we celebrate 100 years of Fruitland Heights with a special evening at Historic Oakdale/St. Bartholomew’s Cemetery, one of the historic places at the heart of our neighborhood’s story.
As the sun sets, we’ll gather among the historic gravesites for live music, historical storytelling, refreshments, and community, sharing stories of the people and events that helped shape Fruitland Heights and St. Petersburg.
The evening will also mark the official kickoff of our Historic Preservation Committee, a new effort to raise awareness and support for the preservation and beautification of this important historic cemetery and to help ensure its stories are remembered for generations to come.
Come celebrate our past, meet your neighbors, and help us begin Fruitland Heights’ second century with renewed pride in the community we call home.
